Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

A: Yes they are, our products have been tested for safety on sensitive skin. With any product that has undergone sensitive skin testing, irritations may occur and if so, you are advised to discontinue use.

Q: Do your products contain any actives that may be harmful to young people?

A: The 4 initial products in the OG Collection have been specifically formulated to exclude any harsh active ingredients so they are suitable for young people and those a little older looking for products which are free from any actives. We have products in the pipeline that will contain actives for those looking to incorporate these into their regime.

Q: Are your products Australian-made?

A: Yes. All our products are proudly made right here in Australia. Our manufacturing facility is located in NSW with our distributor located on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: Currently our products are shipped to New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Canada, South Africa, the Philippines, and the EU.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

A: We are proud “cruelty-free”, none of our products are tested on animals

A: Kaladé is owned and operated by Kat, Latisha, Déjà and Jonathan Clark

Q: Are your products fragrance-free

A: Our IYKYK Daily Moisturiser and Glow Up Face Oil are both fragrance-free. Our Hydration Era Body Moisturiser and CEO of Cleanser are both lightly fragranced using the essential oil Ylang Ylang which also has some amazing benefits for your skin.

Q: Where can I buy your products/ Do you have a physical shop front?

A: At present, all Kaladé products are available only through our website.
